A CMMI DEV/3 certified company is hiring for the role of Software Developer (Backend). Based on the performance the candidate will be offered a permanent position in the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain APIs for our applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Design and architect API solutions that meet the needs of our products and customers.
  • Orchestrate data flows and integration points between different systems.
  • Implement and optimize Websocket and WebRTC features to enhance real-time communication.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in backend development, API design, and integration.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like [e.g., Python, Node.js, Java].
  • Experience with Websocket and WebRTC technologies.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design principles.
  • Proficiency in database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, EEE or a related field (or equivalent experience).
